IT Governance & Risk Analyst - Insurance

Our client, a leading specialty insurer based in London are looking for an IT governance & Risk Analyst to join their team to support their IT leadership Team across risk, compliance and IT assurance.

This role is responsible for maintaining and coordinating reports for IT risk management and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders within business operations and enterprise risk management.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience in IT governance, assurance and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of risk and compliance assurance issues and practices.
  • Ability to handle day-to-day risk management and run workshops.
  • Good knowledge of information security standards and risk that exist within the insurance industry.
  • Working knowledge with 'Balanced Scorecard Institutes Nine Steps to Success' (BSC).
  • Experience working with ISO2001 controls and requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within specialty and Lloyds/London market insurance industry is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of maturity change capabilities and UK key regulations is nice to have.

This is a permanent role paying up to £55,000 per annum + bonus & benefits.
